Since its establishment two decades ago the agency has developed a regional PR network, offering relevant micro-location expertise. Over the past 10 years, Premisa has been taking part in the planning and realization of the highest number of events and projects that marked Croatia's economic, cultural and political scene, including the FIS World Cup races Snow Queen Trophy, takeover of the pharmaceutical giant Pliva and privatizations of the telco HT and oil and gas company INA, as well as projects realized in cooperation with international organizations such as the European Commission and UNICEF. Its work has been recognized by domestic (CPRA) and international (IABC) communications associations.
