Kristina Laco is one of the leading Croatian experts in the field of communications management, currently occupying the position of the chief executive officer of Digitel komunikacije. Prior to taking up her current post, Kristina had for years successfully headed and managed Croatia 's top public relations agency Premisa. Her everyday work includes close cooperation with the top people and executives of a number of companies, as well as governmental and international organizations. Moreover, when necessary, she participates in Premisa's projects as an adviser.
Kristina studied economics and international relations, subsequently obtaining a master's degree in international economics and management at Bocconi University in Milan . Her involvement in communications management followed her many years in journalism. Finally, prior to joining Premisa, she occupied a number of high-ranking positions in well-known domestic and international companies in Croatia , including oil company Texaco and Privredna banka Zagreb .
Kristina has taken part in a number of projects that have left a mark on both the Croatian economy and capital market, such as the IPOs of INA and T-HT. Moreover, she also acted as chief adviser to Barr Pharmaceuticals during the Pliva takeover. Her communications-related experience includes consulting for a number of Croatian and international companies, as well as governmental and international organizations.
Kristina regularly lectures at various conferences and is an associate lecturer at the Faculty of Economics and Business in Zagreb . She is also a certified lecturer at the CIPR Program, carried out in Croatia under the license of one of the world's leading public relations associations, the UK-based Chartered Institute of Public Relations. Kristina has written many profession-related articles and co-authored the book “Media Relations”. She is a member of the CIPR, IABC and EUPRERA, and serves as president of the Court of Honor of the national PR association.

Violeta Colić took the post of the Chief Human Resources Officer of Digitel komunikacije after five years of managing Croatia's leading public relations agency Premisa, with emphasis in human resources management as well as coordination and organization of the accounts department and agency teams' work.
Although she had graduated from the University of Zagreb’s Faculty of Natural Sciences and Mathematics, majoring in mathematics, Violeta began her career in the media, as both journalist and editor, only to opt for communications that she has been actively involved in for over ten years now. Before joining Premisa, she worked as head of the public relations office at the Agrokor concern.
Violeta's work so far has given her a wealth of experience in media relations and internal, corporate and crisis communications. While at Premisa, she headed the team of experts working on the information and education campaign of the INA IPO and participated in projects such as Heineken’s acquisition of a majority share in Karlovačka pivovara and subsequent brewery restructuring, as well as the merger of Varaždinska banka and Zagrebačka banka. Furthermore, she headed projects such as the reorganization of Pliva and Coca-Cola Beverages Hrvatska, and the entry of Roland Berger, Europe’s leading consultancy firm, into the Croatian market. Finally, she participated in educational and media training activities, and is a certified lecturer at the CIPR Program, carried out in Croatia under the license of one of the world's leading public relations associations, the UK-based Chartered Institute of Public Relations. She was a member of the Supervisory Board of the Croatian Public Relations Association (HUOJ).
As regards Digitel komunikacije, Violeta is in charge of corporate communications and particularly internal communications. Moreover, she advises top executives and managers of a number of clients as well as heads and participates in the management of complex communications-related projects.
