This Privacy Policy states which personal information the companies in the DIGITEL GROUP gather, use and process, and in what way.

As part of its business operations, the companies in the DIGITEL GROUP collect personal information about their respective employees, associates and third persons they enter into business agreements, as well as about the employees of the said associates and third persons they come into contact with.

The companies in the DIGITEL GROUP gather personal information for the purposes of keeping records on their respective employees, associates and third persons they enter into business agreements, as well as on the employees of the said associates and third persons they come into contact with during any business collaboration. The said personal information is gathered and used in line with the Personal Information Protection Act (NN 103/03) and other relevant regulations currently valid in the Republic of Croatia .
INFORMATION GATHERED
The companies in the DIGITEL GROUP can gather, organize, store and process the following personal information: 1. for employees: (i) name and surname; (ii) residential address; (iii) personal identification number (MBG); (iv) place of birth; (v) citizenship; (vi) phone number; (vii) business phone number; (viii) business e-mail address; (ix) numbers of business credit cards; (x) educational background; (xi) former employment; (xii) profession; (xiii) date of first employment; (xiv) duration of former employment; (xv) number of children and their respective age; (xvi) health insurance number (ZO) and pension insurance number (MIO); (xvii) paid leave records; as well as any other information that the records manager and employee consider necessary for the full realization of the rights of both the employee and employer defined by the work contract; 2. for business associates: (i) name and surname , (ii) e-mail address , (iii) phone number , (iv) fax number, (v) address , (vi) personal identification number (MBG) , (vii) bank account number, as well as any other information that the records manager deems necessary ; 3. for responsible persons working for various business partners: (i) name and surname , (ii) e-mail address , (iii) phone number ; 4. for business contacts: (i) name and surname , (ii) e-mail address , (iii) phone number , (iv) fax number, (v) address , as well as any other information that the records manager deems necessary .
Personal information is gathered and processed only with previously obtained consent from the person in question. Companies in the DIGITEL GROUP will do their utmost to keep the information stored accurate, complete and up-to-date.
PERSONAL INFORMATION PROTECTION
All the information gathered is stored and appropriate measures and actions are undertaken so as to prevent any unauthorized access to the said information, retain the level of personal information protection and use the gathered information in an appropriate manner. Each of the companies within the DIGITEL GROUP will ensure the protection of the personal information confidentiality on the part of their respective employees who have access to such information. Access to personal information is given to authorized persons only.
Personal information is kept for as long as there exists real and legal grounds for it.
DISTRIBUTING PERSONAL INFORMATION TO THIRD PERSONS
Personal information can be distributed to the third persons only with a previously obtained consent from the person whose information is about to be distributed or if something like that has been provided by a special law. Personal information is not distributed abroad.
ACCESS TO ONE'S OWN PERSONAL INFORMATION
Persons whose personal information has been gathered are authorized to request from the companies in the DIGITEL GROUP to state why their personal information has been stored in the companies' personal information records. Furthermore, they are authorized to request that their personal information be either changed or deleted.
