Boris is one of the key people at Digitel komunikacije, responsible for the group's public relations as well as running of Croatia's leading public relations agency Premisa. He built his successful career on communications management, at the same time leaving his mark on the Croatian communications market by founding and running successful, renowned agencies Studio Conex (leading market communications agency in Primorje and Rijeka) and Predikat (leading PR agency offering relevant micro-location expertise in Rijeka and Split). Moreover, he participated in the planning and leading a number of projects for companies, organizations and brands whose successes have been recognized and awarded both in Croatia and abroad.
As the founder of Studio Conex, Boris was in charge of various marketing- and communication-related activities for a number of large projects in the region, including the European Motorcycling Championship and Rijeka Carnival, and headed many visual identity projects. Furthermore, as Predikat's top executive, he consulted clients such as Hungary's MOL Group, Tifon and Croatia's Swimming Federation, and managed marketing and communications for a number of sporting and cultural events, including the Davis Cup match between Croatia and Belgium, World Parachuting Championship, European Swimming Championship and Rijeka Summer Nights – all on behalf of the City of Rijeka. In the fall of 2007 Boris joined Premisa's consultancy team, expanding his experience in communications by working with clients such as Industrogradnja, Razvoj golf, Novi resorts, Nexe grupa and HEP Opskrba.
His specialization in the field of communications management includes strategic consulting, linking communication with business objectives, media relations, crisis communication management and branding. For a number of years now he has been actively following the energy sector, participating in the most complex projects in the industry as the communications management professional and one of the Group's most competent experts in the industry in question.

Nina began her career in journalism while still a student. She spent eight years working for the Croatian Television (HTV), as both a journalist and editor, first for the city news desk of HTV’s News Department, and later for the economic news desk, doing economy-related reports for the daily news program and various specialized shows. Moreover, she was editor and host of the show on entrepreneurship, Svijet poduzetništva. In 2002 Nina became the head of the public relations department of the country's mobile phone operator Vipnet, where she was responsible for the development and implementation of communications strategies adapted to the business needs of the then fastest growing telco in the region, as well as media relations, crisis communications, development and realization of various CSR projects and event management. Thanks to the three projects that she had headed and realized, Vipnet became the first company in Croatia to receive Warwick Publishing’s Dalton Pen Award for outstanding achievements in communications in the relevant categories, having competed with several hundred projects worldwide. In 2005 Nina joined Premisa's team. Since then, as the agency's senior consultant, she has worked for some of its biggest clients, including T-Hrvatski Telekom, INA, Hewlett-Packard, Coca-Cola, Lantea and Ethemba Capital. Moreover, she has participated in a number of large and significant projects such as Pliva takeover by the U.S. Barr Pharmaceuticals, INA and T-HT respective IPOs, restructuring of Coca-Cola Beverages Croatia and Lantea Group's rebranding. She has also specialized in large charity drives and has so far participated in the organization of a number of such events, including Kvadrat mira, Petrova trudionica, Boje optimizma, Ovisni o nama and Prve tri su najvažnije. As part of her everyday responsibilities at the agency, Nina also holds media-related and other PR training programs.

Ines obtained her bachelor’s degree from the University of Osijek, Faculty of Economics, where she majored in marketing. She began her career as a part-time journalist for the Croatian Radio, Radio Osijek, and from there she moved onto the local radio station Gradski Radio, where she worked in the Marketing Department. At the same time, she independently organized several fundraisers (for the refugees and displaced persons from Baranja, as well as children at the Osijek Children's home Stjepan Radić), and gained valuable experience working in sales, and as a fieldworker and analyst. In 1997 Ines went to Zagrebačka Banka, where she set up and successfully managed the bank's Public Relations Service and Sponsorship and Donation Service. She was also responsible for public relations, event management, crisis communications and organization of sponsorship activities. Furthermore, Ines was the founder of the Eco Team, as well as author and co-author of the bank's holiday ecology-related projects and Donation Tender respectively. In 2003 Ines transferred to the pharmaceutical company Pliva as the communications specialist in the company's Corporate Communications Department. There she worked on, among other things, the positioning of the company and development of the global communications strategy, as well as on the internal communications strategy and management on a global level. Ines built on her knowledge and experience in the field of communications by attending a number of seminars and academies, including Management Centre Europe in Paris and London, as well as London School of Public Relations and Diplomatic Academy in Zagreb, at the same time lecturing and participating in a number of round-table discussions, seminars and conferences on communications, social responsibility and sustainable development. She has received numerous awards and certificates, including a special recognition by the Croatian Association of Public Relations Professionals (SUOJ) in 2002, and three consecutive awards for the stock company with the best public relations while still at Zagrebačka Banka. In Premisa, Ines works as an account director for companies and associations such as, for instance, Končar and the Croatian Association of Research-Based Pharmaceutical Companies.
goran pivarski

Goran studied political science at the University of Zagreb’s Faculty of Political Science. His career began at the Mreža TV station, where he worked as a news reporter in 1997 and 1998. During the following two years he worked on TV reports, mostly concerning the economy, for the shows “Pet do 12” and “Nova runda”. In 2000 he transferred to the Zagreb-based German Office for Foreign Trade (BfAI), where he was assistant correspondent for economic affairs in Croatia, Slovenia and Bosnia-Herzegovina. Two years later, Goran entered public relations, joining the PR agency Teneo as a consultant. He worked there on a number of projects, from crisis management and leadership consultancy for tourist agencies to event organization and publications. Goran has published articles on the economy, tourism and management in such newspapers as Privredni vjesnik, Eurotrend and Croturizam, and also edited the “Managers’ Corner” section of Croatiabiz.com magazine. Since his arrival in Premisa, Goran has been providing consultation and expertise on public relations implementation, with special emphasis on media relations, internal communication, CSR, relations with the clients and business public, and crisis communication. He has also worked with clients from different economic spheres, in particular from the telecommunications sector, financial industry and tourism. Goran is currently engaged on projects for T-Mobile, Zagrebačka banka, Nexe Group and Tetra Pak.

Anita Klapan attained a degree in psychology at the Faculty of Philosophy, University of Zagreb, and is currently completing a postgraduate specialist program, Integrated Marketing Communications, at the Zagreb-based Faculty of Economics and Business. Anita began her career by working for various non-governmental organizations. Thus, for instance, while still an undergraduate student, she participated in the founding of the Hrabri Telefon (A Brave Telephone), a telephone helpline service for abused and neglected children, and for a number of years worked as the helpline's activity coordinator and coach. In 2000 she worked as the manager of various fundraising activities at the Autonomna Ženska Kuća (Autonomous Women’s House) in Zagreb, and after that she went to work for the Ministry of Education and Sports on a project of preventing violence in schools. Anita also did some consultancy work and completed education programs in cognitive-behavioral therapy and transactional analysis. She gained her first experience in public relations in 2002, after transferring to the minister’s office at the Ministry of Public Works, Reconstruction, and Construction. Working as a PR expert gave her enormous experience in media relations and crisis communication, as well as insight in the country’s socio-political situation. In 2004 went to work for the PR agency Dialog, where eventually she reached the position of the senior consultant, taking on tasks such as devising communication strategies, implementing, coordinating and supervising activities, and organizing events in the fields of tourism and banking, as well as pharmaceutical and food industries. Anita joined Premisa in January 2007 as the project manager for the Support for Implementation of the EC Communication Strategy for Enlargement in Croatia, the same project she is engaged in presently as well. Moreover, she is working on projects for clients such as T-HT, Karlovačka pivovara and Hewlett-Packard.

Before pursuing a successful career in communications, Martina spent several years working as a journalist for a number of print and electronic media. She gained considerable journalistic experience at Obiteljski radio, where she specialized in politics-relates issues. Moreover, as the station's executive editor, she participated in designing and setting up the Media Servis project. Apart from Obiteljski radio, she also worked for the daily Večernji list, Radio Čakovec and Radio 101. Martina’s career in public relations began in 2005 at the PR agency Millenium promocija, where she was responsible for strategic consulting and implementation of various communication-related projects for different corporate clients. Among other things, she led teams working on projects for the insurer Croatia osiguranje d.d., Hypo Alpe-Adria-bank d.d, tobacco and tourism company Adris grupa and tobacco producer TDR. Over the course of her career Martina gained extensive and valuable experience in public relations as well as internal, corporate and crisis communications. Moreover, she participated in the development and implementation of the Weekend Media Festival project, the biggest professional gathering of communication experts in the region. She also took part in many charity drives, Korak u život being the most prominent one. After studying journalism at the Faculty of Political Science, University of Zagreb, Martina completed the specialized PR program of the UK Chartered Institute of Public Relations (CIPR).

Aleksandra studied journalism at the Faculty of Political Science in Zagreb. Before joining Premisa in 2001, she worked for five years as a journalist and editor for various print media, including Arkzin, Metro, Studentski list and Studentski list Revolt, covering the music scene and student life. She gained her first PR experience by working for the record company Dallas Records. After joining Premisa Aleksandra worked on projects for T-Hrvatski Telekom and T-Mobile, as well as Tetra Pak and Logitech. Furthermore, Aleksandra was a member of the team that joined forces with the Croatian Ski Association to organize FIS World Cup races "Golden Bear" Sljeme 2005 and "Snow Queen" Sljeme 2006. She also participated in providing support for the Implementation of the EC Communication Strategy for Enlargement in Croatia as a media specialist. In the period between September 2006 and February 2007 she worked as an external communications manager for the company Tau On-line, and afterwards as a marketing and external communications manager in Tau On-line's affiliate Kreativni projekti d.o.o. In May 2007 Aleksandra rejoined Premisa team. She is an integral part of the team working on the annual “Snow Queen Trophy” Sljeme FIS World Cup races on behalf of the Croatian Ski Association. Among her many clients are T-Mobile, Vichy and EMAC Capital.

Marija studied sociology and Croatian culture at the Croatian Studies Institute in Zagreb. She gained her first experience in media relations by organizing various international tennis tournaments in Croatia. Before coming to Premisa in 2003, she worked in Agrokor’s HR department for a year and a half. During her time at the agency, Marija has taken part in numerous significant PR projects for clients such as Nike, Lantea, Coca-Cola, Microsoft, Roland Berger, brewery Karlovačka pivovara, Mercator, J&J, Proficio, Zagrebačka banka, Allianz, AZ Fond and INA. As part of a team Marija participated in proposing, producing and implementing numerous communication plans and activities for clients including AZ fond, Allianz, Karlovačka pivovara, Nike and Johnson&Johnson's. During her five years at Premisa she worked on, among other things, the production of internal newsletters for Karlovačka pivovara and Mercator, and took a part in developing and realizing a corporate film for the Meat Industry Braća Pivac. She is also an integral part of the team that works on the annual “Snow Queen Trophy” Sljeme FIS World Cup races. Finally, Marija has specialized in product PR by participating in numerous PR activities for clients such as Nike, Vichy, Unilever, Hellmann’s and Johnson&Johnson's.
